I configured an app called SIPdroid with my Gizmo5 info, & keep a bookmark to Google Voice on my home screen for calling.so I place the call with Google Voice, it calls my Gizmo5 (aka sipdroid app) first I pick up & then the call starts ringing, because GV places calls by calling u first & then connecting, Gizmo5 thinks it’s an Incoming call, & thus its unlimited free.

How 2 make Data-only VOIP call over Google Voice
To make Data-only VOIP call over Google Voice,you need at least 3 things,
A Google Voice account
A Gizmo5 Account
A device with Google Talk or Skype Client and Internet access
After you got all these things above,
1,Login into your Gizmo5 account,Go 2 Call Forwarding settings,Forward all calls 2 your Google Talk or Skype.
2,Add your Gizmo5 SIP number 2 your Google Voice account,Phone type choose Gizmo,when verify it,(I forward my calls 2 Google Talk,because I give up Skype now) you will receive a friend request,accept it,the 1st verification failed,try a 2nd time,u will verify it successfully the 2nd time,
after above are all done,connect in a browser,you will receive calls in Skype or Google Talk,
It is all free!

make sure your Google Talk online, and yourGVnumber@gtalk2voip.com are in your buddy list
